Made for the crowd.
A small game built with generous open-source tools and art.
Artwork
The pedestrian sprite comes from Kenney’s Tiny Dungeon. The skull is adapted from Kenney’s 1-Bit Pack. Both packs are released under Creative Commons Zero (CC0).
Original Game Worlds
The additional world pawns, floors, obstacles, projectiles, and trophies are original SVG artwork made for Unalived. Worlds use generic seasonal, workplace, music, arcade, fantasy, adventure, and science-fiction ideas. Player and pedestrian art always matches within a world.
Built with
React, TypeScript, Canvas 2D, vinext, and the Discord Embedded App SDK. Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects, and D1 run the website and multiplayer rooms. Interface icons are from Lucide.
The game’s original source code is MIT licensed. Third-party components retain their respective licenses.
